添付してもらった焼き方の説明書通りに焼いたら綺麗に焼けました。
味は美味しく、家族にもとても好評でした。小籠包は香辛料を多めに入れているとのことでしたが、丁度よい味付けでした。
店主の方が話好きで私も時間を忘れてついついしゃべり込んでしまいました。イベントに出店されていることもあるようなので訪問前に開いているかを確認したほうがいいかもしれません。
I bought 1 pack of gyoza and baked small crab.

中国を意識してるのと思うのですが、餃子はもっと大きくて数が多くお腹がおきます。
