★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購入した商品に不良があったので問い合わせをしました。電話対応が人、時間帯によって差が大きく、全く対応を受付けてくれない時もあれば(明らかな初期不良)、同じ内容でも受付けてくれる時があります。
I made an inquiry because the purchased product was defective. There is a big difference in telephone response depending on the person and time of day, and there are times when the response is not accepted at all (obvious initial failure), and there are times when the same content is accepted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 組立ベッドを購入しましたが、部品と組立手順書が一致していませんでした。
組立手順には部品Aと部品Bが必要と記載されていましたが、部品Aが2つ届きました。
AとBは同じ形状でしたが、ボルト穴の位置が異なっており、部品Aだけでも無理やり組み立てる事ができましたが、固定ができず、パカパカ動いてしまいました。
そこで問い合わせを行ったのですが、「部品Aだけで組立て可能なので、部品Bは必要なく、組立手順書の記載が間違っていただけなので交換等はできない」と言われました。
明らかに設計間違いか、送付間違いだと思いましたが、それ（部品がパカパカ動く）が正常だと言い切られてしまうとどうしようもありません。
問い合わせの結果、単純に家具の作りが下手くそな商品を扱ってます。
I bought an assembly bed, but the parts and assembly instructions did not match.
The assembly procedure stated that part A and part B were required, but I received two parts A.
A and B had the same shape, but the positions of the bolt holes were different, and I was able to forcibly assemble only part A, but I could not fix it and it moved flutteringly.
I made an inquiry there, but he said, "Because it is possible to assemble only part A, part B is not necessary, and because the description in the assembly procedure manual is incorrect, it cannot be replaced."
I thought it was a design mistake or a shipping mistake, but it can't be helped if it is said that it is normal (parts move flutteringly).
As a result of inquiries, we are dealing with products that are simply not good at making furniture.
