★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 梶原銀座商店街の薬局事情は長いこと実質的に一極集中でしたが、その牙城を崩すことになったのがこちらのことぶき薬局さんです。チェーン展開している薬局グループの支店で、梶原銀座だけでも2店舗を擁していますが、それだけに安定した接客をしていただくことができ、私はいつもこちらにお世話になっています。薬局内部も清潔で心の落ち着く環境です。「フランクさ」と「質の低い接客」とをはき違えている薬局もある中、スタッフの方々が高齢の方や障害のある方にも丁寧に接されている姿が非常に気持ち良く感じられます。
 The pharmacy situation in Kajiwara Ginza Shopping Street has been practically concentrated for a long time, but it is this Kotobuki pharmacy that has destroyed that stronghold. Kajiwara Ginza is a branch of the pharmacy group that operates a chain, and has two stores, but I am always indebted to this because it provides stable customer service. The inside of the pharmacy is also clean and has a calming environment. While some pharmacies confuse "frankness" with "low quality customer service," it feels very comfortable to see the staff being treated carefully by the elderly and people with disabilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stupid staffs. Keep you wait for ever, if you dont ask for your medicine.
They just took me about half an hour to give me a bandage.
After about tired of waiting, I went there to ask, will i still have to wait? Then they gave me my thing wich was ready to give, but they forgot to give..
