日中でもうるさいのに、21時を過ぎてもペニシリンとか懐メロを熱唱するのは、常識を疑います。
 It seems to play well on the 5th floor of the third factory, but it is very noisy and annoying.

近所に引っ越したのですが、金曜の夜遅くまで工場でバンド演奏。
土曜日も昼間っから延々と工場でバンド演奏。
音程が外れたUSAを大音量で聞かされるのは地獄です。
It's the worst.

Band play in the factory endlessly from daytime on Saturday.
It is hell that is heard loudly in the USA where the pitch is off.
