ニ	ニール&シナモン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても最低な対応をします。初めてのケアマネは金の亡者で介護報酬に力を入れ本人の体調によってデイもショートも行けないと相談するとどうするんだの連発でまくしたてて来ました。2人目のケアマネは最初の人と真逆で何も手配をしない人なので自分でデイやショートの段取りを取ってからケアマネに事後報告するのでほとんど自分で手配しました。そこで包括センターにケアマネの交代の相談をすると受付の萩原に在宅になったらと言われましたけど現在入院していて自宅に帰る前に介護ベッドや車イスなどを先に用意するのにケアマネが必要な為交代をお願いしたのですがとても会話の言葉遣いが悪く萩原及びもう1人のおばさんが『〜ね』の連発でとても不愉快になりました。窓口としての対応としていらっしゃるのならもう一度言葉遣いの教育を受けた方が良いかと思います。やはり、あちらこちらの老人施設で面接をした際に聴こえてくる事が清原包括センターは宇都宮市内で一番ダメな所と口を揃えて言う事が良くわかりました。 I will do the very least.
