な	なかむー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 経営が最悪です。通っていたクラスが急に人数が足らないからと閉講になった。それを告知されたのが、まさにその最後の授業中。先生もその時初めて閉講を知らされた。子供の今までの努力やこれからの意欲について何も考えていない。大切な子供たちをこんな所に預けられない。 Management is the worst. T	T M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全体的にシステムが黒電話時代のまま。高い月謝の割に曜日の振替ができない。前に台風が来る時に問合せたら「今日もやります。振替はありません。」には絶句。友達の家は兄弟で２人習っていますが、夏季講習の申込をしたら、申し込みは電話のみで、開始と同時にTELしてもまったく繋がらず、つながった時には「いっぱいです」。運良く申込できた時に窓口へ行ったら、受講者の名前と住所と電話番号と生年月日を記入して下さい。（兄弟２人分別々に）。バス（有料）を利用するなら利用する人の名前と住所と電話番号、搭乗場所（兄弟２人分別々に）。一回の申込で住所４回も書かされたって。どんな管理してんだか。習ってるサッカーは雨等で中止の場合、次から時間多く取ってその分消化してくれるし、テニスは自己都合の休みでも前日までに連絡入れれば４ケ月後まで振替可能です。 YMCAはあまりにも顧客目線じゃない。窓口の支払はクレジットカード使えず、現金のみです。プールのレッスン自体はコロナで全く見られないのでわかりません。 Overall, the system remains the same as the black telephone era.
