以前、粗大ゴミの処理で何度かお世話になったが、最近ルール変わったせいか、ゴミを持って行っても受け付けてくれないので、がっかりです。尚、現場で働く皆さんは中国人らしいで、あまり日本語が得意では無いので、はっきり言って意思疎通が難しいです。(中には全く喋れない方もいます。)ただ、コミュニケーションの意志さえあれば、片言でも意思疎通できる筈のですが、中国人の旦那さんの話が攻撃的すぎて、とても商談や交渉になりません。正直に言って、日本語がここまで弱いのなら、尚更丁寧に口を利かないと、話がしづらいです。(単純にマナーが悪かった可能性もありますが…) 私も外国で生まれ育ったものですが、自分の仕事できちんと接客が出来るまで、日本の言語と文化を身に付けました。(自分もサービス業ですが、分野が違います。) これからはもう少し丁寧な対応を期待しています。宜しくお願いします！
