★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一歳の娘を連れて行ったのですが、スタッフの皆さんと先生がとってもフレンドリーに対応してくださり、普段は人見知りがすごい娘も機械を使った検査が終わった瞬間すぐに泣き止み安心した様子でした。初めて娘を眼科に連れて行かないといけなく、自分もこの辺で良い眼科にまだ出会ったことがなかった中少し不安でしたが、こんなに素敵な眼科と出会えたことに感謝です。
先生はとても話しやすく、私が心配で色々聞いた質問も全部丁寧に回答してくださりました。本当にありがとうございました！

評価が高かったので期待して来たが、受付の態度が合わず帰りました。
コンタクトレンズを作成することを目的に来ました。
通常、検診と共に処方箋が出され、客は自由な店舗でコンタクトレンズを購入することが可能です。
しかし、ここでは検診をしたら必ずここでレンズを購入しないといけない仕組みです。レンズ購入を他店舗でする場合は、ここでの診察自体が不可能であるらしく、受付の方に念押しされました。「購入しないなら、診察は受けないで」と言われたり、メーカ毎の品質の数値を比較したいから、購入できるメーカ一覧表を写真撮らせてと言ったら嫌な顔をされました。また3ヶ月毎の検診もセットらしく、私はそのへんは自由にしたかった。私がほしいメーカーのレンズがなかったことも帰った原因の1つですが、診察を受ける気が失せました。
顧客に良いサービスを提供することよりも、顧客にレンズの購入をなんとしてでもさせることが重要である、そういう思想が感じられました。様々な土地に住んで10件程度で、コンタクトレンズを作りましたが、こういう気分になったのは、初めてです。私の体質には合わず、受付後に診察をせず帰りました。高評価が多いのは、単純な診察や、よくあるメーカのものを購入する人が付けたものだと思います。受付のかたの常連への贔屓目な態度も帰ろうと思ったきっかけの1つです。囲いこんでいるのでしょう、他店舗で良いと思いました。

However, here it is a mechanism that you must buy a lens here whenever you have a medical examination. When purchasing lenses at other stores, it seems impossible to have a medical examination here, so the receptionist reminded me. I was told, "If you don't buy it, don't go to the doctor", or because I want to compare the quality values of each manufacturer, I was disgusted when I asked him to take a picture of the list of manufacturers that can be purchased. Also, it seems that a checkup every three months is set, and I wanted to be free. One of the reasons I returned was that I didn't have the lens of the manufacturer I wanted, but I was discouraged from seeing a doctor.
I felt that it was more important to get customers to buy lenses at all costs than to provide good services to them. I lived in various places and made contact lenses with about 10 cases, but this is the first time I feel like this. It didn't suit my constitution and I went home without a medical examination after the reception. I think that the ones that are highly evaluated are those given by simple medical examinations and those who purchase products from common manufacturers. This is one of the reasons why I decided to return to the receptionist's disrespectful attitude toward regulars. I think it's good at other stores, probably because it's enclosed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここまで丁寧に気持ちの良い対応をしてくださる病院は初めてでした。
受付の方、スタッフの方、みんな非常に丁寧で感じが良いです。
目の検査も丁寧すぎるくらいで、こんなに時間をかけて頂いたのは初めてです。
診察の結果、メガネを作り直すことになったのですが、この後作ると伝えたところ、もう一度丁寧に時間かけて検査し、処方箋を出してくださいました。
もちろん眼鏡屋さんで計っても大丈夫ですよと言って下さり、全く押し付けはありませんでした。
そして何より先生のお人柄が素敵すぎます。
温かく気さくなお人柄で、親身になってこちらの長話にも付き合ってくださり、不安がかなり解消されました。
通院で気分が晴れるということは中々ないと思いますが、痛みはまだ引いてないのに、晴れやかな気持ちで家に帰りました。
痛みに耐えかねて、途中下車で伺った病院なので、自宅からは近くないですか、今後目に何かあれば必ずここに通いたいと思います。

土曜日は混んでるイメージですが、平日のお昼前の時間帯は比較的待つことなく診察してもらえる気がします。
看護師さんも昔からいるベテランの方が多く、先生は女性の先生に変わりましたが穏やかで良い先生です。

昔ながらの眼科という雰囲気ですが、受付の方、看護師さん、先生ともに丁寧で気さくな印象を受けました。
コンタクトの処方箋などを発行してないからなのか？激混みの眼科が多い中混み具合はそこそこでしたが、患者さんに添っている印象を受け、子供も連れて行きたいなと思える病院でした。家族で通いたいと思います。
