★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リコールのため朝に納車して「夕方4時にはできあがりますよ～」とのことで念のため5時に引き取りに行く。できてなかった。1時間以上待ったが当日できず。結局、翌日の昼過ぎに引き取りに行った。こちらが負担した往復時間、待ち時間について何のお詫びもなし。二度と行かない。今は別の支店で対応してもらっているが満足している。クチコミを見ると、被害者は自分だけじゃないようだ。
I delivered the car in the morning for a recall and went to pick it up at 5 o'clock just in case, saying "It will be completed at 4 o'clock in the evening". I couldn't do it. I waited for more than an hour, but I couldn't do it on the day. After all, I went to pick it up in the afternoon of the next day. There is no apology for the round-trip time and waiting time that we have incurred. I will never go again. I'm satisfied with the support at another branch now. Looking at the word-of-mouth, it seems that the victim is not the only one.

中古車専門になってしまったので仕方なく本店に車検をお願いしましたが酷いものです。
ウオッシャー液が謎の高粘度(フロントウインドウにへばりつく)
下回りの防錆塗装は垂れ、ダマだらけ
黒いマフラーも勝手に銀色に(笑)
ホイールのナットはホイール交換時に難儀するレベルでギチギチに締めあげられ
スタッドボルトが伸びている始末。
今までは噂話と信じていませんでしたが
マツダの整備士はレベルが低いというのは、残念ながら本当のようです。
ボロっちくても、ちゃんと整備してくれる長野中央が良かったです。
見た目だけの本店には2度と行きません。
