★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インフルの予防接種の料金が安いと聞いたので、初めて行きましたが、受付の対応とただならぬ病院の雰囲気を感じ、予診表を返してもらい引き返してきました。一言、やばい、です。
I heard that the flu vaccination charges are cheap, so I went there for the first time, but I felt the hospitality and the atmosphere of the hospital, and returned with a medical checkup. A word, terrible.

患者に対する対応がひどいし
初診だったけど診察券もくれない。
もう来るなという事ですかね。
絶対行かないです。
星1もつけたくない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予防注射の問い合わせをしたところ、ものすごい冷たい対応されました。
空きがあるか聞いてるだけなのに、予約時間過ぎましたとのバカにしたような冷たい言い方。
いつ対応してるか聞いてる最中にも話を遮ってまで予約時間は過ぎましたの一点張り。
まともに話を聞こうともしません。
他の方の口コミも悪いし、ここには絶対に行かないことにします。

Even while I was asking when I was responding, the reservation time had passed until I interrupted the talk.
I don't even listen to you.

・対応が冷たい
・予約日を間違える(再三確認したが、別日で予約が入っていた)
・人により対応が異なる(予防接種2回目が1ヵ月以上、未満の解釈)
まだ中央区の子ども医院の方が対応が良い。
インフルエンザワクチンが安いだけ？
・ Only 3 parking lots (1 wheelchair-accessible)
・ Correspondence is cold
・ Wrong reservation date (I confirmed it repeatedly, but the reservation was made on another day)
・ Response differs depending on the person (interpretation that the second vaccination is 1 month or more and less than 1 month)
The children's clinic in Chuo Ward is still better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職前健康診断で伺いました。電話で聞くと丁寧に対応していただき、「今からでも大丈夫です」と当日にすぐ受け入れてもらいました。血圧や体重などは先生自ら測り、長年の慢性的な体調不良を始めて理解してくれ、良ければ薬を試してみますか？と提案していただきました。飲んでみてから元気に活動できる時間が増えてとても嬉しいです。スタッフ同士のコミュニケーションも活発で安心できました。
I visited during a pre-employment health checkup. When I heard it over the phone, they responded politely and immediately accepted me on the day saying, "It's okay even now." Would you like to measure your blood pressure and weight yourself, understand it for the first time after many years of chronic illness, and try medicine if you like? I had you propose. I am very happy that I have more time to be active after drinking. Communication between staff members was lively and I was relieved.
