窓のお掃除をお願いしました。結果、とても綺麗にして頂きました！親戚の家に引っ越したのですが、長らく掃除をしていなかったようで、とても汚れており、自分達の力では限界でした。追加料金がないとの事で、明瞭会計、安心してお願い出来ました。古い家のため、気になる部分が他にもあるので、またお願いしようと思います。

初めて頼みました。３時半から４時につくと朝連絡が入っていました。それが、３時半から４時半だといったはずと言い切り!?わたしは聞き間違えたかもしれないと?でも⇄きれいにしてほしくてワクワクしながら期待して待っていました。換気扇お風呂洗面所を依頼しました。換気扇がキレイにしていただいたから、その場で二階のトイレの換気扇だけ追加しました。当日の夜黒いゴミが換気扇から、あれーなんだ? ゴミが散らばっていました?そのときは自分で拭いてまっいいか?!なんて?!翌日朝また黒いゴミが散らばっていました?これはと気づいてリフレッシュさんに連絡しました。期待しすぎていたからこそ、ガッカリ感がたまらないです（泣）やって頂く人にもよるとは思いますがひどい!汚れまみれのまま終わらせ帰ってしまう作業の方のやり方は許せません。
