廊下など、もう少し明るくなればありがたいですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 武道館内のフィットネスセンターはフリーウエイトもマシンも充実しており、料金も公営なので格安です。
マシンはサイベックス社中心で
バーベルはプレス台も多く、ラックやスミスマシンも2台あり、上級者まで対応出来る感じです。
シャワーやセーフティボックス完備です。
The fitness center in the Budo hall has free weights and machines as well, and it is cheap because rates are public.
The machine is mainly Cybex
Barbell has many press stands, and there are two racks and smith machines.
A shower and a safe are provided.

室内は土禁なのでスリッパなどを持参した方がいいです。
トイレはわりとあります。
カーナビ通りに行くと第３駐車場付近(無料)に着きますが、体育館に行く場合はなるべく奥の方が近いです。
体育館内に食券式のレストランがありますので
食事もできます。
体育館内は空調が効いています。
I went there because of my club activities.
It is better to bring slippers etc. because the room is a ban.
There is a toilet.
If you go to Car Navi Street, you will get near the third parking lot (free), but if you go to the gymnasium, the back is as close as possible.
There is a food ticket type restaurant in the gymnasium
Meals are also available.
Air conditioning is effective in the gymnasium.

靴を脱いで観覧席で応援します。
空調設備が整ってます。
We use it at the Kendo tournament every year.
