み	みさき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ みんな若いスタッフさんは対応がいいスタッフばかりで通院しやすいです。ですが年配のおばさんSの対応が本当に最悪。態度が悪すぎる。態度が悪すぎて、こっちが気を使うレベルです。本当にこんな接客で社会に出て対応し続けることが出来ているのかと思うとびっくりです。何年社会人やってるのやら。この人の態度について、上はなにも指導しないのか、、、言及しないのか、、情けない。友達に薦めるのは辞めました。悪い口コミはすぐ広まりますよ。 All the young staff are very friendly and easy to go to the hospital. However, the correspondence of the elderly aunt S is really the worst. The attitude is too bad. The attitude is too bad, and this is the level to be careful about. I'm surprised to think that I can really continue to respond to society with this kind of customer service. I wonder how many years I have been a member of society. ゆ	ゆっこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ その場で抗議しろよって感じですが小心者なのでここで愚痴らせて下さい。サイトだとほくろ除去5,000円～となっていますが、1mmでも1つ除去するのに10,000円かかりました。自分にとってとてもコンプレックスで、何とかしたいと覚悟して行ったというのと、今日でなければ次予約取るのも先になると言われたので思い切って料金の説明後に施術しましたがやはり高い…都内のクリニックだと10個でも3万程度で取れるところもあると聞いていたのでかなりショックでした。田舎だからしょうがないのか… ちなみに施術後3ヶ月～半年の間に施術箇所に再発?したら当初の施術代の半額でやってもらえるそうなのですがそれが5,000円～になるからサイト上の表記がああなのだとしたらちょっと詐欺にあった気分… わたしは内心不満だったくせにええいままよと同意書にサインしちゃった阿呆ですが、もしわたしと似た考えで｢小さいし5,000円くらいならいいかな〜｣と思われている方がいらっしゃいましたら参考になれば幸いです。 I feel like protesting on the spot, but I'm a small person, so please complain here. く	くーゆきちょこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6、７年前から手術～フォトフェイシャルや、ボトックス注射までお世話になってます。先生は素晴らしい！！他院にも行った事ありますが、やはりタウンの先生はレベルが違います。かなりの入れ替わりが看護師さん、受付の方変わりましたね。でも、看護師さんも素晴らしい！しかし、受付の方の対応が悪い。無愛想。直接でも電話対応でも不快にさせます。看護師さんに、対応悪いですね、、、と正直に話した事ありますが受付で対応良かった方は、お一人しかいませんでした。 I have been indebted to surgery, photo facials, and Botox injections for 6 to 7 years. The teacher is wonderful! !! I have been to other hospitals, but the level of the teachers in Town is different. The nurses and receptionists have changed considerably.
