★ ★ ★ ★ ★ むかし此処に住んでいた事があります。田んぼビューを堪能できて、梅雨明けから夏いっぱいは、カエルの大合唱です。うるさいという感じではなく慣れるもんですね、大丈夫ですよ。最寄りの店やコンビニが遠くてクルマで行かないとムリです。食べ物やさんも一番近くてラーメン屋さん、歩いて５分強、ルートインの隣です。でもここは美味いですよ。最寄りのバス停も、これまたなかなか遠くて、バスを使う方にはオススメできない物件です。ただクルマで、高速や有料道路をよく使う方には良いかもです。長町インターチェンジにはすぐ！クルマで１分ほどという立地です。ちなみに大家さんは、裏の大きなお宅で農業をやってる地主さんです。
