d	daiki kajio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 福島旅行の際にふらっと立ち寄った場所でしたが、子鉄の我が息子にとっては最高の場所だったようです。なかなかの規模の鉄道ジオラマがあり、それと連動したシミュレーターがありで、更に展望台から見える遙か先まで延びる直線の線路は圧巻でした。で、本来のメインである宇宙関連の展示物も非常に興味をそそられるものでした。 It was a place I stopped by when I traveled to Fukushima, but it seems that it was the best place for my son of Kotetsu. There was a railroad diorama of a fairly large scale, there was a simulator linked to it, and the straight line extending far beyond the observatory was a masterpiece. So, the original main space-related exhibits were also very intriguing.

R	Rain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came all the way from Windsor Canada to visit Japan. This place is a must see. They have some very neat attractions and physical experiences as well. Very informative place to learn some great things even if you do not speak the language.
M	Matt Gibson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to take the kids. There is a harness for simulated space walking and loads of fun ways for them to learn about physics. Parking is a nightmare, if you come by car, but access from the train station is very easy

The only reason it's not 5 stars is because you have to pay 400 yen to go into the downstairs exhibit area and then pay another 400 yen to watch the dome shows for each show. The prices don't explain it very well, so my trip was 1600 yen instead of the 800 yen expected. I went with my husband, so the process reflect that. I was hoping to watch 3 of the 4 shows, but we choose to only watch the one because we would have to pay 1600 yen more. But I tried the Triple spin, which was fun and very forceful feeling against gravity, not like a roller coaster feeling at all! Also in the exhibit area, try the space shuttle ride! It's a game, like old school Star Fox with its spaceship graphics! Make sure to get their first in line and get the front middle seats for a chance to play! Also the mural in the kids play area is from the Japanese artist, Leiji Matsumoto, who worked on the art featured in some of Daft Punk's famous music.
