さ	さとーよーた on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応してくれる人によって印象がだいぶ違います。最初の電話受付の人の対応はとても丁寧で好印象でしたが、いざ当日借りるときになり、免許証を提示すると「中型」と書いてあるのに『中型免許じゃないので貸せませんね』とのこと。良く確認してもらったら貸してもらえましたけど、普通わからないものなのですかね。その後、返すときになり、ガソリンを見てもらうと、フルの針はすこし越えてましたが『満タンじゃないね』と言われ、「短い距離だったので1000円分で足りると思い、それしかいれませんでした。初めてだったのですみません。追加で1000円直接渡してもいいですか？もしくはガソリン入れ直してきます。」と話すと、坊主頭の人に、『割り引きしてやってんのによお！』『普通満タンで頼むだろアホが！』などと、かなり怒鳴られ、その後もボロクソに言われました。事前に連絡しましたが、返す時間が少し遅れてしまいましたし、ガソリンも足りなかったので、こちらが悪いのは確かですが、言い方ってのがあるのではないかと思います。手伝ってくれた友人たちにもかなり不快な思いをさせてしまい、申し訳なくなりました。料金サービスなどは良心的だと思います。また、多少遅くなってしまっても割引してくれたり、受付のときなどもトラックの種類や、『引っ越しならこのトラックがいいですよ』と説明もしてくれました。それだけに最後、１人の方に思い付く限りの暴言を吐かれたのがとてもショックでした。まぁ今回は自分達が悪いので、なにもしなければとても良いレンタカー屋さんだと思います。ここに立ち寄ることはもう二度とありませんが。 The impression is quite different depending on the person who responds.
