The noodles are the same thin noodles as the dandan noodles, and this one is more chewy than the flat thin noodles of "white soy sauce". The soup is pretty sweet. It's good when you're eating noodles, but if you drink a few soups after clearing the noodles, a lot of sweetness will remain in your mouth. Speaking of which, the sweetness of the aftertaste of "nikujaga" or "sukiyaki" ... it's getting harder to drink. Isn't it appealing to those who want to taste the sharpness of soy sauce (me)? I thought. I hate it "Tandan noodles" and "white soy sauce" ... recommended! "Cooked dumplings" didn't feel like ordinary dumplings. I couldn't understand the meaning of "cooking" either.
