管理会社「アズ・スタット」←ネット検索すればわかります。最低の会社です。
本当に最悪でした。胸糞悪すぎです。
退去費用めちゃくちゃなこと言われます。
入居当初からあったキズや汚れをこちらの責任にしてくる会社でした。
こちらが「そこは元からあった傷です」と主張しても「じゃここは？こっちは？」のようにとにかくこちらの責任にされました。
当時、それ以上反論する知識も無く修繕費数万円お支払しました。
今思い出しても腹立たしい！
常識では考えられないような最低の会社です
最近友人も被害にあっていた事を知ったので、これ以上嫌な思いをされる人がいなくなることを願い投稿します。

At that time, I had no knowledge to argue any further and paid tens of thousands of yen for repairs.
It's annoying to remember now!
It ’s the worst company you ca n’t think of in common sense.
