★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分の加入している保険を見直したら、死亡保険に全く加入していない事に気がつきました。夫婦で慌ててこちらに相談させて頂きました。この際に、いま加入している保険内容含め全て見直しを行いました。ご担当者様には、私たちの年齢、家族構成などを考慮して的確なアドバイスを受けることが出来ました。親身に対応して頂いたお陰でこれからの生活を安心して過ごす事ができます。店舗はとても静かで感染対策も徹底されており安心して相談する事ができました。

毎回赤ちゃん連れでしたが、店内は広くベビーカーでそのまま入れるのはありがたかったです。
またオムツ替えや授乳スペースもあり安心しました。(オーキッドパークの駐車場は広いですし、雨に濡れずに店内に入れるのは赤ちゃん連れ子連れには大きなポイント！)
受付の方や、担当の方みなさんとても良い方ばかりです。
医療保険も現状に合ったプランを見直ししてくださり、結果的に金額も抑えられ中身は充実したものに変更することができました！
オススメを押し売りされる感じではなく、あくまでこちらに委ねる？相談ベースなのが良かったです！
説明も丁寧で、保険の事が苦手な主人も納得しておりました。
医療保険だけでなく、老後の資産形成や積立のお話しができたのも良かったです！
保険の見直しや何か相談したい事がある方は、とてもオススメです！！
信頼できる担当者様に出会えて良かったです。

I was introduced by an acquaintance and came to the store because I wanted to review my insurance.
I was accompanied by a baby every time, but I was grateful that the inside of the store was large and I could just put it in the stroller.
There was also a diaper changing and nursing space, so I was relieved. (The parking lot of Orchid Park is large, and it is a big point for families with babies to enter the store without getting wet in the rain!)
The receptionists and the people in charge are all very good people.
The medical insurance also reviewed the plan that suits the current situation, and as a result, the amount was reduced and the contents could be changed to a more fulfilling one!
Don't you feel like you're being sold for recommendations, just leave it to us? It was good that it was a consultation base!
The explanation was polite, and even my husband, who was not good at insurance, was convinced.
It was good to be able to talk about not only medical insurance but also asset formation and savings in old age!

少しわかりづらい場所にありますが、オーキッドパークの西棟3階にあります。
(1階にエイデン･2階にニトリがあります。)
今回初めて利用しましたが、店舗の雰囲気も良く、担当の方も非常に親切で、個々に合った保険を分かりやすい説明で提案して頂きました。
保険の内容等で分からない事があっても、その都度丁寧に説明して頂けましたし、此方からの要望も話しやすく、納得のいく見直しが出来ました。
入口付近に小さいですが、キッズスペースがあります。

(Aiden is on the 1st floor and Nitori is on the 2nd floor.)
