★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インターネット回線、電話、CATV契約していますが、もう少し安くならないですかね。ケーブルモデムの調子が悪くてインターネット接続がたびたび断していましたが、交換してもらってからは順調です。動作がおかしければ早めにお願いしたほうが良いと思います。

東京ケーブルネットワークがモデムを交換したり
しても全く繋がらないトラブルが続き、
その間は全くインターネットに接続できないとか、
ありえない事が起きました。
その後も全く繋がらいので当然繋がらないと
困るどころの話じゃないので解約したら
東京ケーブルネットワーク側の責任なのに
解約金を何万も取られました。
本当に酷い会社です。
インターネットに繋がらないなんて
ありえません！！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インターネットのカスタマーサポートが「カイセンソクドってなんですか？そんなことでなく何ができないんですかっ？」といい続ける高齢の女性でまったく会話になりませんでした。こんなにひどいプロバイダーははじめてでした。時間の無駄なのですぐに解約しました。
