管轄下である河内長野市高向にあるセンターの応対が最低なものでした。
農協の設立に際してかなりの金額を出資してきて、いざ利用者として電話しますと、やれ一見さんだ、出資者なんか古い話しは関係ないと言う態度です。
職務の怠慢であり、農協の理念に反する実態であると思います。
コロナ等によって出来ない事もあるでしょうが、何でもかんでも「分からない」「知らない」「聴いていない」「聞こえない」…大口出資者に対してさえも一見さんお断りだなどというのであれば、それが仮に末端の職員だとしても、もはやJAの看板なと下げて解散するべきでしょう。
出資金は年数が経過しているため、返還は出来ないのでしょうが、
掲げておられる理念とは全く真逆で、何とも残念で、ただの苦言・クレームではなく議員や弁護士に相談して、何らかの措置を講じたいと思います。
断じて赦せないです。
