★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 馬頭観音は安政7年（1860）。犬山と一宮を結ぶ道標には左一のみや、右いぬやまの文字。
地元の方のブログによると、昔は柳街道（岩倉街道）筋の小折五叉路交差点北東角に道標として設置されていたとのこと。県道拡幅工事で現在の横町公民館駐輪場内に大切な遺跡として移設されたそうです。
馬頭観音は、昔農家では農耕馬の安全や道半ばで力尽きた馬の冥福を祈るために作られたという般若寺の元照和尚のお話のことも。
般若寺にもひっそりと昔の霊場の道標が置かれてあるのを見つけました。
 Hayagriva was in Ansei 7 (1860). The signpost connecting Inuyama and Ichinomiya has only the left one and the right Inuyama character.
According to the blog of the locals, it used to be installed as a guideline at the northeast corner of the Koori Five-Forked Road intersection on the Yanagi Kaido (Iwakura Kaido) line. It is said that it was relocated as an important archaeological site in the current Yokomachi public hall bicycle parking lot due to prefectural road widening work.
Hayagriva is also a story of Hannyaji's Mototeru Osho, who used to pray for the safety of farming horses and the souls of horses that were exhausted in the middle of the road.
I found that the signpost of the old sacred place was quietly placed in Hannyaji Temple.
