★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5Sの徹底という張り紙をしているわりには整理整頓されていないし、何よりも油や鉄くずなどが散乱していて汚いです。同じ鉄工会社を複数見学しましたがそちらの方が綺麗でした。あれでは人は来ないでしょうね。実際工場見学には来るが、面接まではいかないことが多いです。秋に新工場が完成するそうですが、5年もあれば現工場の状態になるでしょうね。
