★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とてもあたたかい病院です。初めて犬を家族に迎え何もわからなく連れていったところ、思いがけない病気をみつけて下さったこと、ごはんやしつけのことなどとても丁寧に親切に教えて下さいました。おかげさまで今があると思っています。とくに婦長さんには本当にお世話になりました。先生そしてスタッフ様にもです。いまは通っていませんが心から感謝しています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 医師、看護師さんは朗らかで、とても丁寧に診察、説明、共感して頂き、安心して通えます。ただ、今日の午前中に電話で問い合わせをした所、年配の女性が出られ、私は丁寧に話したのですが、無愛想に単語を並べられて、途中で切られました。更年期かな？不安や疑問があるから問い合わせしているのに、ありえないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生は出雲弁で県外育ちには聞き取りにくいが、ニコニコ優しく看護師さんもやさしく診察時ペットにおやつを貰えて うちの子は喜んで行きます。
The teacher is Izumo dialect and it is difficult to hear if he was raised outside the prefecture, but the nurse is kind and friendly, and my child is happy to receive a snack from the pet at the time of the examination.

看護師さんも、笑顔でやさしく対応してくださるので、安心してシナモンをおまかせできました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ペットホテルをお願いしたく、相談したのですが…。宿泊するには条件があるらしく、とても冷たく対応されました。事情があるから相談したのに、聞いてもらえず。ペットホテルを利用するのに条件があるのなら、ホームページ等にそう記載するべきてす。また、病院をされてるのなら、もう少し親身になってくださっても良かったのでは…。とても冷たく残念な対応をされた病院でした。
