ケーニヒスクローネを代表するはちみつアルテナは、バターをふんだんに練りこんだ香味豊かなチョコケーキの中に、やわ煮の栗が入っています。
通常は円形のケーキですが、バレンタイン限定商品なのか可愛らしいハート型になっていました。
そのまま食べてもおいしいはちみつアルテナですが、お勧めはレンジで軽く温める食べ方。
一切れにつき600Wで20秒ほど温めると、チョコレートが溶けかかったフォンダンショコラに変身！
生地もふんわりとやわらかくなり、そのまま食べる食感とはまったく異なって2度楽しめます。
賞味期限は10日ほど。
チョコレートがぎっしりでしっかりと食べごたえがあるケーキなので、コーヒーや紅茶と共に少しずつ楽しみたいと思います。
