★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 伺ったことはないですが、小中学校時に飲み慣れていたせいか、大人になってからも近藤乳業の牛乳や乳製品を見つけると、買っています。とくに、牛乳は１人暮らしなのに、２本は必ず買ってます。ただ、市内に住んでいるのに、取扱店が少ないのが困るところです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ けっこう昔の話になるが、私の知人Aがこの会社で働いていた。（その後、退職した。）当時、Aはこの会社に対する文句をけっこう話していた。
確か、Aの話によれば、牛乳の入った箱を運んだり大きな冷蔵庫の中であれこれやったりするのが仕事だったようなのだが、基本的には長時間の仕事で、午前10時とか11時とかにお昼休みをとらされそのあとなかなか休憩できないときもあったらしく、当時の上司に日報に都合の悪いことを書かないように言われたこともあったようである。
仮にこれらが事実であるならば、ブラックなところだと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私はハマっ子なので学生時代はタ○ナシ乳業で育ってきましたが、スーパーで買い物をする年齢になり、OKストアでは赤(近藤牛乳)、スーパーあおばでは青(湘南牛乳)のパッケージが目を惹く近藤乳業の牛乳は、お手頃価格な上に工場が湘南藤沢にある事を知り、地元応援を意識して積極的に買うようにしています(*^^*)
新林公園に向かう途中、橋を渡って工場の脇を通っているので、お手頃価格の商品提供ありがとうございます♡と思いながら建物を見上げていますw

住宅街のど真ん中にあの様な工場が存在し、只でさえ狭い生活道路を大型けん引車輌等が行き来するなどもっての他。
早急に移転するべき。
でなければ目の前の道路は2t車以上は道交法で通行禁止にするべき。
