同じ同業者なのにこんな嫌がらせをされると誰でも怒ります。
抜けなくてずっと並走していると後続車の方に迷惑が掛かります。
速度を上げる行為は違反です。

車両は、第22条第1項の規定に基づく政令で定める最高速度が高い車両に追い付かれたときは、その追いついた車両が当該車両の追い越しを終わるまで速度を増してはならない。最高速度が同じであるか又は低い車両に追い付かれ、かつ、その追いついた車両の速度よりもおそい速度で引き続き進行しようとするときも、同様とする。
