★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 木更津で1番美味しいという口コミを見まして、アウトレットの帰りに寄ってみました。結論から言うと、かなり凝ったケーキが食べることができ、驚きました。木更津で1番と言うよりだいぶ広範囲で1番な感じです。
サクサクしているところは本当に軽く、しっとりしているところは、きちんとしっとりしていて、甘すぎず、形は綺麗で、風味が良い。かなり気合が入っています。
断面を見ていただけるとその手間のかかりようが分かりますが、モンブランが何層になっているんだい！というくらいになっていました。
価格は500円からですが、十分の価値があると思います。
流行っているからか、職人さんも見たところ4-5人はいましたし、カウンターの中のお姉さんも4人くらいおり、テキパキお客さんを案内しています。
入り口と出口を分けたりコロナにも配慮されているように感じました。安心して美味しいケーキを買える店だと思います。

平日の11時ごろ伺った所まだケーキもシュークリームもたっぷり陳列されておりました。
お庭も綺麗に手入れされているのもわくわくした気持ちになれます。
肝心のケーキですがお値段は高めだと思いますが
それを忘れるくらい見た目も繊細でとっても美味しい?
生チョコとベイクドチーズを購入しましたがどちらもとても濃厚でした。そしてもう一つ。
「東京で一番美味しいプリン」で大賞を受賞したと書いてあった画像3枚目に載せているプリン。
東京どころか今までで一番美味しいって思えるプリンでした。シュークリームが人気みたいなのでまた来たいです。

ケーキの金額は少し高い印象はあるものの、接客も含めてのものと思っています。
入口入って、まず挨拶がない。一人の客の接客に入れ替わり3〜4人ものスタッフ。しばらくして待ってやっと対応してくれるかと思えば、クシャクシャな水色のビニール手袋を手に‥声は明るく良かったですがお待たせしましたの一言も無い。
レジではクレジットカードで支払い、その後カタッと音がして気付きました。
何も言わずにトレーに投げ置かれていました。私とは反対向きに斜めになったカードが‥あり得ません。
本当に美味しいケーキなのかと疑問になりましたが、その後いただいたケーキの味は美味しかったです。
ホールケーキを予約するつもりで出かけましたが、止めです。しばらくは足が向きそうもありません。

お友達のお誕生日のちょっとしたお祝いに持っていきました。
甘さが強い主張をしてこず、クリームの口溶けが小ざっぱりとして気取らない、美味しいケーキでした。ごちそうさまでした！
2021.3月
ずっと気になっていたけれどタイミングが合わず、まだ訪れていなかったエル・プランタン。
母がケーキを買ってきてくれて、ようやく口にすることができました。
桜のモンブラン。お名前のとおり、薄いピンク色で桜のほのかな香りがします。見てるだけで幸せ。ピンクの段々畑の下では生クリームがお餅に包まれていて、和菓子のような品の良い甘さ。塩漬けの桜の葉と合わせていただくと、体の中までぎゅうっと春が満ちるようです。
他の種類のケーキや焼き菓子も食べてみたいので、今度は自分で行ってみようと思います。

口コミも良いケーキ屋さんで12月の忙しい時期にも関わらず、親身に対応してくれ、立派な２段の妻への誕生日ケーキを作って頂きました。
生クリームが甘すぎず、とても美味しいケーキでした。
妻は、とても感動して喜んでくれました。
近隣の方は、こんなに素晴らしいお店が近くにあって羨ましいくらいです。是非、記念日や大切な人にケーキを贈るときは利用して頂きたいお店だと思います。

ってなって…結局お姉さん戻ってこず。
聞けなかったよ??
忙しかったのかな。
でもイチオシなのだから、お客さんみんな気にならんのかなぁ。
買った中ではプリンが一番好きでしたー
