渡	渡辺定臣 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 河川敷の公園なので、大型遊具を設置できないため、数も少なく誤解を恐れない言い方をすればショボいが、バスケットゴールが備え付けられていてスリーオンスリーが楽しめる。新潟市内でバスケットコートを許可無く使える稀有な公園。水場と調理台＋東屋と、ベンチ付きテーブル等のバーベキュー施設がある。（火はガスコンロ限定で薪や炭は不可となっている）花壇に「かがやく両川」、公園側の堤防に石文字で「さかや」と文字が刻まれている。 Since it is a riverside park, large playsets cannot be installed, so the number is small and it is not afraid of misunderstanding.
