専用駐車場に掲げてあるとても美味しそうなうな重の看板にそそられて行ってきました。
愛知県産のうな重3,600円(税別)を注文しました。
作るのに40分程度かかりますとの言葉に一瞬は怯みましたが待ちました。
※次回は要予約ですね。
40分待った事もプラスになって？
今まで食してきた鰻とは旨味とふわふわ食感のレベルが違いすぎました。
今思えば小骨もほとんど無く食べやすかったです。
また行きたいお店ではありますがもう少し安ければとも思いました(._.)

I was intrigued by the very delicious Unadon signboard in the private parking lot.
I ordered Unaju from Aichi prefecture for 3,600 yen (excluding tax).
I was frightened for a moment when I said that it would take about 40 minutes to make it, but I waited.
* Reservation required next time.
Is waiting for 40 minutes a plus?
The level of umami and fluffy texture was too different from the eels I had eaten so far.
When I think about it now, it was easy to eat with almost no small bones.
It's a shop I want to go to again, but I thought it would be a little cheaper (._.)

和食中心のメニューですが､今日は「豚生姜焼定食」を戴きました｡ランチメニューは どれも美味しそうな品ばかり。 カキフライ定食､アジフライ定食､鍋焼きうどん､など 目移りします｡ うなぎもお勧め☺️❗ 蒲焼き､白焼き､これはの「寒うなぎ」は､お勧めです｡また､行きま～す｡

The menu is mainly Japanese, but today we had a “grilled pork ginger set meal”. The lunch menus are all delicious. It moves to the oyster fried set meal, fried shark set meal, nabeyaki udon noodles, etc. eel is also recommended ☺️❗ eel baked, white baked, this is the "cold eel" is recommended.
