y	yun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ さすがコナミなので施設や設備は豊富です。ただ、指導する方に親として違和感を感じずにはおれません。。。子供は3歳でとても話好きで、自己主張がハッキリしています。時折、身体を動かさずに口だけ動く時があります。先生に一生懸命、話しかけて聞いてもらおうと健気に顔を近づけたり、先生の目の前に近づいたりととても必死に話しかけているのですが、それがそのコーチにとってはとても煩わしいのでしょう。顔を避けて、目を合わせないように、まるで目の前に誰も居ないかのように毎回振る舞われました。たった一言、そーだね。それもいいね。と言って頂くだけて納得するのですが、『無視』という方法を選択なさった時点で、この方は子供を扱う資格がないなと判断しました。子供が育つ上で最も大事な自己肯定感を木っ端微塵に砕く行為です。子供も酷く傷ついたようで、もう行きたくないと言っています。無視は人格否定ですから3歳にもなれば理解し、傷付きます。家も近いので設備も整っており良いのですが、辞めるかどうかを考え中です。→辞めました。 As expected from Konami, there are plenty of facilities and equipment. M	M N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ベビースイミング、ジュニアコース、ベストスイマーと長年、こどもがお世話になりました。おかげさまで小2で四泳法マスターし、スイスイ泳げるようにになりました。施設が古くて見学スペース、靴箱、駐輪スペースが通っている人数に比べて圧倒的に足りない点のみ不満でしたので、星1つ減らしましたが、我が家が求めるサービスを提供してくださり満足です。 Baby swimming, junior courses, best swimmers and children have been taken care of for many years. じ	じょうりん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ対策でどこのスイミングでも体操でも見学エリア閉鎖や中止となっていますが、ここは「寄ってらっしゃい見てらっしゃい」の無法地帯。窓ガラスに張り付き、プールを見下ろす保護者がわんさかいます。体操にも参加していましたが、お子さんに付き添いのパパの他に教室の後ろで見学するママの姿がいつもありました。それも何組も何組も… 通われているお子さんがとても多いのは理解して入会しましたが、見学もお咎め無し、子ども一人につき大人一人と制限も無し。入れるだけ入れていれば過密になるのは当然だと思います。見学する保護者に対し、注意する様子を見たことも聞いたこともありませんでした。受付に問い合わせするも、今までに混雑緩和にご協力をお願いする文書を出している。制限することはできない…などと改善は見込めず。さらには「頑張るお子さんの姿を見ていただきたいというのも我々の思いで…」などと主張がありました。このご時世にあれほどの過密な状態を看過している運営に驚いています。子ども＋夫婦＋祖母という家族総出で見学されている方も見過ごしてきました。 1ヶ月の所属のみでしたが何度電話でやりとりしても「納得いかないなら金払って辞めろ」という方針がありありと感じられたのでもう二度と通わせることはできないと判断し、退会しました。入会しなければよかった。見学時に見抜けなかったこちらの落ち度です。体操もスイミングもコーチにウレタンマスク使用者が多く、クラスター発生も時間の問題かと恐ろしいです。 Due to corona measures, the tour area has been closed or canceled for any swimming or gymnastics, but this is a lawless zone where "please stop by and take a look". Even though I contacted the reception desk, I have issued a document asking for cooperation in alleviating congestion. It cannot be restricted ... and no improvement can be expected. Furthermore, there was an insistence that "we want you to see your child doing his best ...". I am surprised at the operation that overlooks such overcrowding in this time. I have also overlooked those who are being visited by the whole family of children + couple + grandmother. I belonged only for one month, but no matter how many times I exchanged by phone, I felt that there was a policy of "pay money and quit if you are not satisfied", so I decided that I would not be able to go again and withdrew. I wish I hadn't joined. This is the fault that I couldn't see during the tour. Many coaches use urethane masks for both gymnastics and swimming, and it is scary that clustering is just a matter of time.
