S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ちょっ老朽な施設。男性ロッカーはみたところ風呂も無くシャワーのみ。平日の18:00頃行ったけど、子連れ、老人が多かった。ビジターで使用したがマシンジムは筋トレメインの人向けには完全に物足りない。ダンベル最大10kgまで、バーベルも無い。ベンチはフラットとインクライン調整可(インクラインのみ)が計2台。スミスマシンはあるが、安全用のカウンタウェイトが付いた変な仕様で、安全ロックの位置がグリップを固定するのでほぼ使えなかった。マシンの種類もちょっと足りない。せめてケーブルマシンを備えてくれていれば応用が効くけどそれも無かった。背中の運動がラットプルダウンのみ。一応ロウできる機械はあるがスクリーンで設定して使うので面倒臭く、グリップの位置も調整できなかった。自分は使用していないけど、有酸素運動用の機材、プール、レッスンルームなどはそれなりに揃ってるようだった。 A little dilapidated facility.
