シニアは、ウｫーキングシューズを履いて、昭和の森まで、つづれ織りの坂道&階段をハイキングすると、足腰の鍛練になりますよ。雨の後 数日は、滑り安いので、上がらない方がいいと思う。杖を持つか、汚れてもいい服装で！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place does not have lots of toys for kids. But it is a very relaxing place, it is good to play with ball, to bring a kids bicycle, and also to make a picnic.
The “すべり台” is quite tall and my son loved. The only problem was the stairs to go up.
