★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の女性の態度が失礼かつ不愉快です。
以前通っていた際にも感じた不機嫌で横柄な態度。
今回に至っては予約を無断でキャンセルされていたうえに、
席も空いているのに帰されそうになりました。
物凄い形相で睨まれたうえ、裏で悪口を言っているのが聞こえてくる。
患者に対して、ここまで酷い態度を取る方を初めて見たので心底驚きです。
最後まで本人からの謝罪は無く、治療等に不満を持ったことはありませんでしたが、その女性のせいで二度と行きたくない。
こちらの歯科医院は受付の女性のせいで損をなさっていると感じます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の歯医者さんで詰めてもらったところが痛み出したので、こちらの歯医者さんに診て頂きました。
急なお願いでしたが快く受け入れて下さいました。
診察もすごく丁寧で、治療方針を一緒に考え、納得してから治療してくださいました。
赤ちゃんも一緒だったのですが、受付の方もスタッフの方もみんな優しく接してくれ、安心して治療が受けられました。
