★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 戸川を渡り、林道赤石高下線を1kmくらい進むと、平清水集落跡から登ってくる林道平清水線が合流しており、この場所が広くなっており車3台くらいは止められる。
崖っぷちのような場所なので、東側の視界が良好で甲府盆地を一望できる。
そして、この場所ならではことだが、市川の花火大会を上から見下ろす形で観望できる。距離がかなりあるので、花火が開いたあとかなり間を置いて音が聞こえる。虫の音の中、花火を俯瞰出来る穴場だと思う。
 After crossing Togawa and following the forest road Akaishi K 下 k 線 Line for about 1 km, the forest road Hira-Shimizu line, which climbs from the Hirai-mizu village settlement, merges.
Because it is a place like a cliff, the view on the east side is good and you can overlook the Kofu Basin.
And, unique to this place, you can see Ichikawa's fireworks display from above. Because of the distance, you can hear the sound a long time after the fireworks open. I think that it is a secret place where you can look down at fireworks in the sound of insects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 展望は良いですよ、個人的に夜の林道ばかり走りますがたまに秋の早朝の雲海を見るのが好きなんです。
