It was basically just an open place because it was backfilled. You can see the difference in height with a little moat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年6月13日に見学しました。南部氏は、鎌倉時代末には、この地に入部していたと考えられます。天文8年1539年に焼失したと伝えられています。その後、三戸城へ本拠地が移って行きました。この居館は、南部氏発祥の地ということになります。
We visited on June 13, 2021. It is probable that Mr. Nanbu was in this area at the end of the Kamakura period. It is said that it was burnt down in 1539, the 8th year of Tenbun. After that, the base moved to Sannohe Castle. This residence is the birthplace of the Nanbu clan.
