ヤ	ヤイタマ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 限定の冷やし塩とりそば+チャーシュー丼(小) (名前あってるかな…?) 材料や行程の全てにこだわりと丁寧さを感じます。夏にぴったりの爽やかな麺。薬味もついてくるので最後まで味の変化が楽しめます。定番のラーメンとは全く別物のような感じがしました。こむぎさんのラーメンは、どれも最高で大好きです。 Limited chilled salted soba + char siu bowl (small) (Is there a name ... ?) I feel the commitment and politeness of all the materials and processes. Refreshing noodles that are perfect for summer. It also comes with condiments, so you can enjoy changing the taste until the end. It felt like something completely different from the standard ramen. Komugi-san's ramen is the best and I love it.
