お話した営業担当様も、当意即妙な受け答えでクルマに詳しいのだろうなと良く分かる。いたずらに上級モデルばかり推す訳でもなく、事実を色々教えてくれる。とても良いお店です。
（ここで買うなら安心だと思いました。）

I understand well that the sales person I spoke with may be familiar with the car with his instinctive answer. It doesn't mean that you should just push up the advanced model, but it tells you a lot about the facts. It is a very good shop.
(I thought it would be safe to buy it here.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅からはかなり離れているものの、世田谷の系列店の対応があまりにもひどかったため訪れました。
また同様の接客であればフィアット車は絶対に買わないかななどと思い、ディーラーに対する期待値も低かったのですが、営業の方の大変丁寧な対応に良い意味で裏切られました。
次の車に乗り換える際は前向きに検討したいと思っております。
Although it is quite far from my home, I visited because the correspondence of the affiliated stores in Setagaya was too bad.
Also, I thought that I would never buy a Fiat car if it was the same customer service, and the expectations for the dealer were low, but I was betrayed in a good way by the very polite response of the sales people.
I would like to consider positively when switching to the next car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1年ほど前にフィアット購入を考えていた際に利用させていただきました。二人のスタッフの方に対応いただきましたがどちらの方も試乗から購入検討まで丁寧かつ非常に親身になっていただき、とても気に入りました。
中古車種が欲しくなり、別のフィアット店で購入を決めましたが、こちらで購入できなかったのが残念でした。
今後もフィアット車種の購入機会があれば利用させていただきたいと思っています。
I used it when I was thinking about purchasing Fiat about a year ago. We had two staff members respond to us, but both of them were very kind and polite from test drive to purchase consideration, and we liked it very much.
I wanted a used car model and decided to buy it at another Fiat store, but I was sorry that I could not buy it here.
I will continue to use Fiat models if I have the opportunity to purchase them.

FIAT の1.2Lエンジンとツインエアエンジンを比べたかったので２台の車に試乗することができました。買うかどうか分からないのにとても丁寧親切な対応をしていただけました。とても良いディーラーだと思います。
I went for a test drive with it undecided whether to purchase it.
I wanted to compare FIAT's 1.2L engine and TwinAir engine, so I was able to test drive two cars. I didn't know if I would buy it, but they were very polite and kind. I think it's a very good dealer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車を見に行っても思うように見せてくれない。客の選別が激しく初見の客や大衆の国産車で訪問すると、明らかに見下される。これは代理店のセントラルモータースの体質だと思う。
Even if I go to see the car, it doesn't look like I want. The selection of customers is intense, and when you visit with a first-time customer or a popular domestic car, you are clearly looked down on. I think this is the constitution of the agency Central Motors.
