★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに、小湊にいる白鳥たちを見に行きました。幼少時に訪れたときより飛来している白鳥が少ないと感じました。
鳥インフルエンザ流行以来、餌をあげる人が少ないから？今年の冬は暖かいからもっと、南下しているのでしょうか？
ここにいる白鳥さんたち、カモさんたちは、人慣れしているのか逃げることがありません。おかげで、かわいい写真をたくさんとることができました。
１年半ぶりぐらい、夏に訪れました。もちろん白鳥は居ません。遠浅で、夕暮れ時に訪れたらいい景色が見れそうな場所だと再確認できました。

The swan and ducks here are accustomed to people and will not run away. Thanks to that, I was able to take a lot of cute pictures.
I visited in the summer for the first time in a year and a half. Of course there are no swans. I was able to reconfirm that it is a shallow place where you can see a nice view if you visit at dusk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平内町白鳥を守る会では「（事故防止のため）沿道や駐車場でのエサやりの自粛」を求める看板を設置していますが、青森県庁公式サイトでは「（生態系保護のため）餌付けそのものの自粛」を呼びかけています。ただ、一帯に県設置の餌付け禁止看板は見当たりませんでした。
ハクチョウの渡来地として国内唯一の特別天然記念物を有する責任として、靴底の消毒や鳥インフルエンザ拡散防止の周知看板等は自治体や関連団体が設置するなど、野鳥の安全管理と見学者のマナーアップに努めていただきたいと思います。
The Hiranai Town Swan Protection Association has set up a sign requesting "(to prevent accidents) refrain from feeding along the road and in the parking lot", but the Aomori Prefectural Government official website says "(to protect the ecosystem) feeding itself. We are calling for "self-restraint". However, I couldn't find any signboards forbidden to feed in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地図にはありませんが、木製の長い橋を渡った所に小さい島があり、そこからの景色がとてもきれいでした。白鳥の飛来時期では無かったので白鳥はいませんでしたが素敵なところでした。
Although not on the map, there was a small island across a long wooden bridge, and the view from there was very beautiful. There were no swans because it wasn't the time when the swans arrived, but it was a wonderful place.

小湊駅からバスでも良いが待ち時間が厳しい人はタクシーで1000円ぐらい掛かるのでタクシーの方をすすめです。
タクシーの運転手のおじさんはとっても優しくて帰る時も迎えてもらうだけでなくコーヒーをくれるのでうれしいです。
It's great to see the swans up close.
You can take a bus from Kominato Station, but if you have a strict waiting time, it costs about 1000 yen by taxi, so we recommend you to take a taxi.
The taxi driver's uncle is very kind and I'm glad that he not only welcomes me when I go home but also gives me coffee.
