★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 工具に必要なパーツを買いに行った際、種類が多くどれを購入すればよいか戸惑ったので、店員を呼び出したが、非常に態度が悪く一言だけ述べて消えた（眼鏡を掛けた50代男性店員）実際何を購入すればよいか解決することが出来ず勘で購入する羽目となった。他のホームセンターにも数多く訪れているが、こんな対応をされたのは初めてであった。店員側からすれば自分達の家のような感覚かもしれないが、客視点だと分からない事もあるのでこのような事は、二度とないようにしてほしいと感じた。
When I went to buy the parts needed for the tools, I was confused as to which one to buy because there were many types, so I called the clerk, but I was very ill-mannered and said only one word and disappeared (50 with glasses). (Male clerk in his teens) I couldn't figure out what to buy, so I had to buy it by intuition. I have visited many other home improvement stores, but this was the first time I had done this. From the clerk's point of view, it may feel like our own house, but there are things that we can't understand from the customer's point of view, so I wanted them to never do this again.
