超市給我的感覺是貨品齊全，而且許多價格比網上售價更便宜。我喜歡沒有遊客的地方，不過這裡一定要開車或騎自行車才能到。
This is a large-scale life department store where Japanese talents meet. We were fortunate to stay in a hotel in Matsusaka City. We only learned about this place after being introduced by the proprietress.
The supermarket gives me the feeling that the goods are complete, and many of them are cheaper than online prices. I like places where there are no tourists, but you have to drive or ride a bicycle to get there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リフォーム係の店員の対応が最悪でした。機嫌が悪かったのか常に上から目線で、説明もわかりにくいうえ、まともに相談に乗ってくれませんでした。工事を頼もうと思っていましたがやめました。

ネット発注の商品が届いたという事で
代理の者に商品の受け取りに行って貰ったのですが
前回受け取った商品(前回購入・精算済み) を
無理やり買わされて帰ってきました。
こちらから苦情の電話を入れたら、
お宅の代理の方が悪いんじゃないですかと
まさかの逆切れ 担当者の名前をとお伺いしたら
逆にこちらの電話番号と名前を聞かれて
プチッと電話も切られた。
折り返し電話があり どうしたいのですかと・・・
同じミスを繰り返さない事をお願いして返品など望まなかったのですが
お客様は、どうしたいのですか？と再度(切れ気味に)
もう、頭に来ておたくでは話にならないので
本部の方へ苦情申し立てていただきます。
と言った途端態度が急変 謝罪して頂いたので
これ以上事を荒立てる気はありませんが
謝り方も不貞腐れたような・・・・
本部に連絡されてビビるくらいなら
いゃ、サービス業なんだから低頭平身が基本でしょ
担当者名もココ場に晒したいけど・・・・
親切なスタッフさんも沢山居るのに残念
