販売だけでなく、精米や、米を惹いて米粉加工もしてくれる最近は少なくなった貴重な技術を利用させて頂けるお店です。
少し店舗が通りから奥まっていて、交通量の多い道なので、いつもは早く通りすぎてしまい分かりにくいかもしれません。
ですが、店舗の表に風車のオブジェがあるので、言われてみると近くを通ったことがある方は案外知っていらっしゃるかも知れません。
近くはまだ米を作ってみえる方も多いので、販売だけでない付加価値があるお店はありがたいです。
