先代の店主とはバイク仲間で、良く愚痴を聞いてもらってました。
今はお亡くなりになってしまいましたが、跡目を継いだ奥さんが、先代の知り合いの所で必死に修業をして、見事 !! 復活を遂げてくれました♪
インスタに載せるような、目立ったケーキではないのかもしれませんが、
『幸せを感じる美味しさ』は、どこにも負けない一級品のお店です♪
家族そろって、一生このお店のケーキを食べてゆきますよ !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 約30年前、小学生の頃いつもアンブロスさんの前を歩いて帰っていました。
前のご主人がよくお店の前でラジコンで遊んでいるのを見かけました。
今の店主さんが復活してくれたおかげで、家族全員お店のケーキのファンです。
他のお店より甘過ぎることもなく絶妙な甘さで飽きない！ペロリと食べてしまいます。毎回お祝い事のときは必ずアンブロスさんのケーキを買います。
私の母がホールケーキの注文の際、苺多めのワガママも聞いて頂いてありがとうございました。
他のチェーン店の工場で作ったケーキより、やっぱり手作りにはかないません。
店主さんには長く頑張ってもらいたいと思います。
直接は照れ臭くて言えませんが、このクチコミ読んでくれたら幸いです(^-^)
私はショートケーキとチーズケーキがオススメ ☆

I saw my husband in front of the store playing with radio control.
Thanks to the resurrection of the current owner, the whole family is a fan of cakes in the store.
Never get tired of exquisite sweetness without being too sweet than other shops! I will eat with pelori. I always buy Ambros' cake for every celebration.
When my mother ordered a whole cake, thank you for listening to a lot of selfish mothers.
It's more handmade than cakes made at other chain store factories.
I want the shopkeeper to work hard for a long time.

美味しいケーキ?屋さんです。
クリスマスケーキ??は 必ず注文します。
今年もクリスマスケーキ頂きました。
スポンジの味と食感が絶妙です。
スポンジの中段のパイナップルとクリームが、良いんです 生クリームの控えめな甘さが、呑ん兵衛さんでもイケちゃう秘密です。
以前、オーナー職人(パテシエ)がお亡くなりに成り 暫くお休みしていましたが、奥様が後を継いで立派に職人の味を引き継いでいます。
私の一推しは、レアチーズです。
是非 ご賞味あれ。

The pineapple and cream in the middle of the sponge are good. The modest sweetness of the fresh cream is the secret that even Mr. Donbei will be cool.
Previously, the owner craftsman (pastry chef) passed away and was absent for a while, but his wife has taken over the taste of the craftsman.
My recommendation is rare cheese.
