★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約を取っていないため、結構待たされます。先日行ったときは2時間半待たされました。先生は気さくなかたで、フレンドリーな感じですが、治療はしっかりガッチリ、納得いくまで話し合って決めますし、解りやすく説明もしてくれます。
Since I haven't made a reservation, I have to wait a long time. When I went there the other day, I waited for two and a half hours. The teacher is kind-hearted and friendly, but the treatment is firm, and we discuss and decide until we are satisfied with the treatment.

追記
しばらく通ってみたんですが、ここはメチャ混みます。月曜日の朝8：50頃に行ってみたら１９人待ちでした。先生に見てもらうまで３時間かかりました。違う日の月曜14：00頃に行ったら１０人以上先客がいたと思います。違う曜日の15：00頃だと１時間待ちですみました。なんといか月曜日がすごく混むんでしょうか。よくわからんけど。

I do not really understand.
