・お年寄りでいっぱいで結構待たされます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生、開業時に比べ柔らかになってくれてうれしいです。説明してくれる言葉も素直に聞けるようになりました。質問にも丁寧に答えてくれます。医者嫌いの私でも通えそうです。

お年寄りが多く来院しているようですが、対応にかなり苦労しているようで、
態度があまりよろしくありません。
自分の態度が悪くなったことをスタッフの方と「澱んじゃった」などと、茶化しているようでした。
一方、若い患者さんにはしっかりとした対応をしていて、その差に悲しみをおぼえました……
