単純な型抜きの刃物ではなく、何度も打ち付けて作った鍛造品です。
安物とは訳が違う、本物の刃物を作っている鍛冶屋です。
勿論昔の 安来鋼（やすきはがね） を使ってますので、凄まじい切れ味です。
秋田県特有の鉈である フクロナガサや出刃包丁、鍬や鎌もあります。

This is a blacksmith who makes a real knife that is different from the cheap one.
Of course, it uses an old Yasugi steel, so it has a tremendous sharpness.
There are also Fukuro Nagasa, a knives knife, scissors and sickle that are unique to Akita Prefecture.

店舗で買うと通販よりも少し安いと思います。
店頭には各種刃物が展示してあり、面白いです。
同じサイズ（5寸）のナイフでも刃の広さが違っていたり、手造りの味がありました。
珍しかったのは、｢熊の皮剥包丁｣たぶん4500円。
お店の人によると、渓流釣りには4.5寸、山菜採りには6寸が選ばれているらしいです。
4.5寸は品切れで、5寸を購入。11000円。
何かあればメンテナンスもしてくれるみたいです。
長く使えて、この値段なら文句はありません。
I stopped by on the way from Aomori to Akita on my trip to Tohoku.
I think it's a little cheaper to buy at a store than to buy it online.

Even knives of the same size (5 inch) had different blade widths and had a handmade taste.
What was unusual was the "bear skin peeling knife", which was probably 4500 yen.
According to the shop staff, 4.5 inch is selected for mountain stream fishing and 6 inch is selected for edible wild plants.
4.5 inch is out of stock, so I bought 5 inch. 11000 yen.
It seems that if there is something, it will also perform maintenance.
It can be used for a long time, and there is no complaint at this price.
