結構な人数を収容できる大ホールがあるので、学校などの発表会でよく使われます。何故か、クロマニヨンズも使っています。
宇都宮駅から直線でこれ、バスも分かりやすいのですが、車で来ると駐車場が狭く接触事故が起こりそうで注意が必要です。先日行ったところ、線が引き直されていましたが使いづらいです。公共交通の使用をお勧めします。
会議や資格試験などでは、となりのコンソーレがよく使われます。
前の道は広くなり整備されましたが、古い施設なので使い勝手は良くないかもしれません。

It is straight from Utsunomiya Station and this is easy to understand bus, but parking lot is narrow when we come by car and contact accident is likely to occur and needs attention. The other day I went there, the line was redrawn but it is hard to use. We recommend the use of public transport.
Nearby conferences are often used in conferences and qualification exams.
The road before was wide and well maintained, but it may not be convenient as it is an old facility.
