★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の方1名、いつ行ってもめちゃくちゃ態度が悪いです。少し背が高くて細身、肩ぐらいの髪の長さで眼鏡かけてる方です。
電話した際も態度が悪いと、あの方かなと思ってしまうくらい…こちらが何かしましたか？と心配になる程、患者に対する態度ではないと思います。
もちろん毎日お忙しいとは思いますが、その方以外の方や先生はとても丁寧でお優しいので、本当にそこだけ残念です。
いつ伺っても混んでいるほど流行っていますが、待ち時間もそこまでないですし総合的にはとても良い病院だと思います。

Even when I call, if I have a bad attitude, I think it's that person ... Did you do something? I don't think it's an attitude toward patients so much that I'm worried.
Of course, I think I'm busy every day, but I'm really disappointed that the other people and teachers are very polite and kind.
It's so popular that it's always crowded, but there isn't much waiting time, and I think it's a very good hospital overall.

咳喘息で2回目通ったところ、待ち時間でキレました。入って診察券を渡したら受付の女が安易に前回と同じかと聞かれて、私は前々回は呼吸器科前回は循環器か、掛かりたいのは呼吸器科ですから、前回と同じかと聞かれても…普通なら今日どうされましたでしょ。病院の中座ってるのは3人ほどラッキーだと思いつつ待ちました。約30分待ったところ病院の中も満席になって、心配で聞きに行ったら後30分掛かりそうと言われキレました。そもそも確認もせずに安易に30分って回答もおかしいし、順番も絶対イジられてると確信してます。だって絶対有り得ない待ち時間です。患者の9割は70歳以上で若い人を見て絶対後に回されてると思います。受付に反論したら女が無言になって奥に確認してる様子…もう絶対行かないと決めてその場去りました。
人生に時間余裕ある人か、むしろ残り時間少ない人が通っていい病院かも…私には絶対無理です。

When I entered and handed over the medical examination ticket, the woman at the reception was easily asked if it was the same as the last time, and I was asked if it was the same as the last time because the last time was the cardiology department and the one I wanted to hang up was the respiratory department. Well ... what would you normally do today? I waited, thinking that about three people were lucky to be sitting in the hospital. After waiting for about 30 minutes, the hospital was full, and I was worried that it would take another 30 minutes to listen to it. In the first place, I'm sure that the answer is strange in 30 minutes without confirmation, and the order is absolutely wrong. Because it is an absolutely impossible waiting time. I think that 90% of the patients are over 70 years old and are definitely left behind when they see young people. When I argued against the receptionist, the woman became silent and confirmed in the back ... I decided not to go anymore and left the place.
It may be a hospital where people who have plenty of time in their lives or who have less time left can go to the hospital ... I can't do it.
