後で担当者に確認したところ、買い主の健康状態は確認していなかったとのこと。担当者が買い主の健康状態を事前に確認していれば、団体信用生命保険に通らない可能性があるため買い主希望の方とは売買契約は締結しないという選択肢を選ぶことができた。
支店長と担当者は謝罪に来たが、1ヶ月近く不動産を売却できない不利益を被ることになり、極めて釈然としない不快な思いをした。
