3年ぶりに出張で来ました。前回は前の晩に朝ごはんを買いました。今回はオヤツにエピを買いましたが、ここは美味しいです。神戸にはもっと美味しいパン屋さんがいっぱいあるのだと思いますが、関東人には十分すぎるほど美味しいです。
特に問題点などはありませんが、できますれば電子決済を導入していただけると助かります。東京から現金を扱うことなくここまで来て、エピを買うだけで小銭を集める面倒さ。

I came on a business trip for the first time in 3 years. Last time I bought breakfast the night before. This time I bought Epi for Oyatsu, but this is delicious. I think there are more delicious bakery in Kobe, but it's more than enough for Kanto people.
There are no particular problems, but it would be helpful if you could introduce electronic payment if possible. It's a hassle to come here without having to deal with cash from Tokyo and collect coins just by buying Epi.

パンを作る際に水の代わりにミルクを使うドイツ風の作り方をしているようでパンはとてももちもちしていて深みのある味わいになっていた
人気の店なのでお店は8時半まで開店していますが早いうちに品数が減ってしまいます

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 金曜日18時過ぎ訪問。以前訪問した際(平日18時半頃？)は種類が少なく、これといったものがなく諦めたのですが、今回は結構種類が残っていて嬉しかったです?
クロワッサンチーズベーグル(180円)とドイツ(190円)を購入しました。
クロワッサンチーズベーグル→チーズの風味は多少します。クロワッサン生地はややサクサクで、これは温めて食べれば良かった…買ってすぐ、冷えた状態で食べてしまったので、正直普通でした。
ベーグルというのは見た目の形のみからきているんですね…クロワッサンチーズリング、とかの方がしっくりくるっていうか…?
ドイツ→口コミで書かれている方が何人かいて気になったので購入。購入後すぐに一口かじり、正直なところどこがいいかわかりませんでした…。
翌日、トーストとレンチンで食べてみました。トースターで焼いて(しっかり焦げ目がつく程度)外側をサックサクにすると美味しかったです！パンはトーストよりレンチン派ですが、これはトーストの方が美味しかったです。
中に何も入っていないシンプルなパンですが、一般的なパンとは違う香りがします。小麦の香りでもなく、バターやマーガリンの香りでもなく…なんの香りかわからないけど、嗅いだことあるような…

I bought a croissant cheese bagel (180 yen) and Germany (190 yen).
Croissant cheese bagel → Cheese flavor is a little. The croissant dough was a little crispy, and I should have eaten it warm ... I ate it cold as soon as I bought it, so honestly it was normal.
Bagels come only from the shape of their appearance ... Is the croissant cheese ring more suitable? ... ?
Germany → I was curious about some people who wrote in word of mouth, so I bought it. Immediately after the purchase, I grabbed a bite and honestly didn't know what to do ...
The next day, I ate it with toast and lentin. It was delicious when baked in a toaster (to the extent that it was browned firmly) and the outside was crispy! Bread is more lentin than toast, but this was better with toast.
It's a simple bread with nothing inside, but it smells different from ordinary bread. It's not the scent of wheat, it's not the scent of butter or margarine ... I don't know what it is, but it seems like I've smelled it ...

Orange orange is a marmalade jam with plenty of citrus fruits in a big bunch like Hassaku ?
